Our services include prenatal visits, birth planning and preparation, labor and delivery support, postpartum care, and breastfeeding support.

Prenatal Visits

Prenatal visits with a doula can help parents feel more informed, supported, and confident as they approach childbirth, and can contribute to a more positive and empowering birth experience.

BIRTH PLANNING & PREP

This service can help parents feel more informed, confident, and empowered as they approach their due date, and can help ensure that their birth experience aligns with their goals and values leading to better birth outcomes and a more positive childbirth experience.

Labor & Delivery Support

The goal of labor and delivery support is to help women feel empowered, informed, and supported through breathing and relaxation exercises, massage, positioning and movement, and advocacy for the woman’s birth preferences.

Postpartum Care

Services include infant care, breastfeeding support, and emotional support. Postpartum doula care can help ease the transition to parenthood, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote maternal and family wellbeing.

Breastfeeding Support

Breastfeeding support services aim to provide expert advice, education, and practical tips to help mothers overcome breastfeeding challenges and establish a successful breastfeeding relationship with their babies.

Investment - $700

My services include a complimentary initial visit. This is done over Zoom, so we can get to know each other and see if I am a good fit for you and your partner.

Once you book with me, we will schedule 2 prenatal visits. These will take place after 30 weeks. We will go over your birth goals, comfort measures, and other information. I will always be available by phone. I do ask that you do not call or text in the middle of the night unless it’s baby time!

Once you go into labor, we will be in continuous contact. I will join you when you are ready and need me. If for some reason I am unable to make your birth due to emergency or an event scheduled ahead of time, an amazing back up doula will take my place!

I will stay up to two hours postpartum. Once baby is here, I will assist with breastfeeding and answer any other questions you have.

I will do one postpartum visit in your home. This will take place within the first two weeks of baby arriving. We will go over your birth, I can answer any postpartum and breastfeeding questions, and just enjoy this little miracle that is now a big part of your life!

Half of your fee is due to be paid when you decide to book with me. The other half is paid at 37 weeks.

I truly believe every woman deserves to have a birth doula. If this financial commitment is something you are unable to do, please still contact me so we can discuss other payment options.
